A project that’s been 10 months in the making, this gin has taken it’s time to mature and allow full flavour to develop. A citrus gin base is distilled with the additions of tamarind, chilli, lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime, then diluted to bottle strength using 100% coconut water giving the resultant gin and sweet and rich mouthfeel and a golden edge. A sweeter style of Gin - perfect for the summertime, and in seriously limited quantity. Strength: 42% abv Volume: 500ml
