Our Story, Our Promise

After cooking for some of the best restaurants in Melbourne, Liam Spurrell traded in his chef whites for secateurs and scissors to become a full-time forager.

He harvests some of the highest-quality Strawberry Eucalyptus, that we proudly vacuum distil to preserve its bright aromatics in our Økar Aperitivo.
