Unico Zelo celebrates the terroir of South Australia, with a diverse collection of minimal-intervention wines showcasing our Dirt-First mentality.

Our Distillery Door is a fully accessible drinks-led venue offering flights of Wine, Gin, and Liqueurs, a thoughtful Cocktail list, and a small kitchen offering Sharing Plates of our favourite local produce. While our focus is Wine and Gin, we also offer locally-brewed beer, diverse non-alcoholic options, and a range of carefully selected spirits and liqueurs from producers we believe share our quality and values.

For those seeking a fully-personalised experience we offer a Private Hire service, encompassing the whole or part of our Venue, and the undivided attention of our Cellar Door Staff. Private Hires are conducted on a Minimum Spend basis; you are welcome to pre-order from our menu, or discuss bespoke Food, Drink, and Flight options with one of our team.

The Martini Masterclass Experience is priced at $50 per person and includes;

The Martini Masterclasses are held at our Gumeracha Cellar Door, every Thursday and Saturday at 3pm. Spaces are limited to 10 people per session and booking is essential.
