NATIVE PEPPERBERRY CARVES THE HEART OF THIS DISTILLATION AMONGST WORMWOOD & WILD THYME, REINFORCED WITH NUTMEG, ANISE MYRTLE & BLACK PEPPER. FRESH GRAPEFRUIT LIFTS THE PROFILE OF JUNIPER, WHILST DANDELION ROOT ENCAPSULATES THE BASE NOTES.

60ml Pepperberry Gin
120ml Tomato Juice
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
7 Dashes of Tabasco
4 Dashes of Worcestershire
2 Grinds Black Pepper
2 Pinches Celery Salt
Shake all ingredients over ice & strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with Salt & Pepper.
